Responsibilities

• Stocks and rotates items as needed.
• Assists with inventory control; loads, unloads, and moves product.
• Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for night crew and incoming trucks.
• Organizes merchandise on pallets to present department well.
• Maintains shelf tag and signage integrity; may create signage.
• Maintains standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation.
• Checks shipments for out‑of‑date or damaged products.
• Builds, stocks, maintains, and takes down store displays.
• Performs duties of Customer Service Assistant as needed.
• Provides superior customer service.
• Merchandises products effectively.
• Cleans and sanitizes sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment.
• Beauty: knowledge of beauty and cosmetic aids.
• Drugstore/General Merchandise: prepares tags and signs as needed.
• Grocery: organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for night crew and incoming trucks.
• Texas Backyard: passion for outdoors.
• Entertainment: knowledge in the audio/video field.
