Job summary

The Michaels Companies Towson store is seeking a part-time Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and process checkout. You will help customers locate products and ensure a quick, welcoming shopping experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, follow planograms, participate in BOPIS/SFS, and support store recovery and safety programs while upholding company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting heavy boxes.
• Cash handling and fast, friendly checkout abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Ensure a fast checkout experience and proper cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain store in-stock and perform merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; work with teamwork and safety programs.
