Wayne Shoemaker Agency in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking an Administrative Assistant to establish customer relationships and provide friendly service for State Farm customers. The role supports agency growth through customer acquisition and retention, while maintaining a strong work ethic and team focus.

Qualifications

• 3 years work experience
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to produce results
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience managing client relationships
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Md State insurance licensing required

Responsibilities

• Administrative Assistant
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations
• Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance
• Ability to be part of a Team focused environment and support meeting agency goals
• Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders
