State Farm is seeking a Client Account Representative in Gaithersburg, MD, to serve as a primary contact for customers, handling policy changes, billing questions and account servicing with care. The role emphasizes relationship-building and a proactive approach to insurance and financial services needs.

You will educate clients on State Farm products, conduct reviews, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining compliance and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• License in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health preferred or willing to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

As a Client Account Representative of State Farm with Christian Durand - State Farm Agent, you will be the point of contact for many of our customers, providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships. You will assist clients with their insurance needs by answering questions, servicing existing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional State Farm products and services.
