Role Description

The Team Manager exhibits leadership, accountability, attention to detail, and resolves complex customer inquiries. The Team Manager is the first point of contact for the Account Managers and the Receptionist. The Team Manager collaborates directly with the Agency Owners and the daily operations of the Account Managers, including training and mentoring Team Members individually and collectively.
