Seven Executive Limited is partnering with an established packaging manufacturer in Sioux Falls to recruit a Customer Service Manager to lead its customer service function and support key accounts.

This hands-on leadership role requires balancing people leadership, customer relationships and internal coordination across Sales, Operations, Production and Supply Chain to ensure timely, accurate delivery and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Must have previous people-management experience with direct reports.
• Experience in customer service, account management or project management within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of how customer requirements flow through a manufacturing operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of customer service professionals.
• Manage relationships with key customers and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Oversee order management, customer projects and day-to-day service performance.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, Scheduling and Operations.
• Improve processes, communication and overall customer experience.
• Monitor workloads, priorities and team performance.
• Support new customer launches, product changes and other customer-driven projects.
• Ensure commitments around pricing, lead times, specifications and delivery are communicated accurately.
