Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead Manufacturing, Facilities and Operations, driving efficiency, quality and profitability.

You will develop short- and long-term strategies, oversee hiring, training and development, optimize production, inventory and safety compliance, and partner with IT and sales to align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of combined education and experience in operations and production management.
• Strong leadership abilities including coaching, communication, employee engagement, conflict resolution, accountability, and building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, manufacturing software, and IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term manufacturing strategies, including workforce planning, capital investments, and technology integration.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and employee development to build a collaborative, high-performing operations team.
• Optimize production efficiency, inventory control, and quality standards to align with business goals.
• Monitor and enhance manufacturing performance, implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
• Role model company values and foster a positive culture and safe workplace.
