Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years or more experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or similar.
• 2 years or more experience in previous leadership roles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise 4-7 staff.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Ensure safety standards and proper equipment maintenance.
• Plan schedules and manage workflow to meet goals.
• Lead process improvements and vendor communications.
