Job summary

Stop & Shop in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Front End, Online Pick-up and Cash Office teams, ensuring exceptional service and smooth store operations.

You will supervise 1–3 years of supervisory experience, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and safety, and drive profitability while delivering best-in-class customer experiences for the local community.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
