Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive customer loyalty by responding to inbound calls and outbound outreach, coordinate information with the Service Department, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolutions. This role reports to the Service Manager and requires excellence in telephone skills and strong English communication.

Essential duties include order processing, reporting, and supporting service personnel to maintain outstanding

Qualifications

• Excellence in telephone skills.
• Excellence in internal/external customer service and relationship building.
• Good experience and skills in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong time management and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service needs per company policy; handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Audit, upsell opportunities, resolve problems, refer sales leads, follow up and process orders.
• Coordinate information flow within the Service Department; maintain logs, prints reports, and arrange deliveries.
• Build relationships with customers; educate and proactively resolve concerns with supervision.
