Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to drive loyalty through inbound and proactive outbound calls. You will coordinate information with the Service Department and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolutions, reporting to the Service Manager.

The role emphasizes excellent telephone skills, strong customer service, and MS Office proficiency to manage orders, reports, and service paperwork with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellence in telephone skills and professional communication.
• Strong internal/external customer service, sales and relationship building.
• Good experience with MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written English; able to follow directions, manage time, and work as a team.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service needs by phone and email according to policy.
• Make outbound calls and handle inquiries, audits, up-sell opportunities and order requests.
• Coordinate information flow within the Service Department and maintain logs and reports.
• Build relationships, communicate clearly, and proactively resolve customer concerns with supervision.
• Prepare, distribute, and track Welcome packets, renewals, service agreements, and reports.
• Monitor competitive activity and report findings.
• Follow instructions and attend meetings as directed.
