Responsibilities

• Exceed the customer’s expectation of service by assuring the safe transportation and delivery of food to customer locations, following company policies and procedures.
• Assure shipment of temperature controlled and undamaged product, proper count of goods at customer locations, assuring FIFO inventory levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies with due diligence; maintain and update customers’ database.
