Job summary

Doka USA, part of the Umdasch Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Utah to coordinate commercial and operational activities at the Doka Yard. You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, and timely delivery while supporting Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Customers.

The role requires 2–5 years in admin/ops/logistics with strong communication and Excel proficiency, in a fast-paced environment. On-site location in Lehi, UT, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
• 2–5 years of recent experience in administration, operations, or logistics preferred.
• Experience in construction material handling, inventory control and procurement planning preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong analytical skills with numeric aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new computer systems, products, concepts, and techniques.
• Organized team player able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory and logistics, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Manage customer accounts and the full order process with clear communication.
• Handle high volumes of calls and inquiries, resolve issues promptly.
• Process pricing, billing, and credit requests per contracts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements.
• Ensure materials are available per project schedules.
• Monitor discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Track back orders and coordinate procurement and transfers.
• Review confirmations and quote pricing for customers and sales.
