Doka USA Ltd. in Kenilworth, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support regional inventory, order processing, invoicing, and logistics.

This role collaborates with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate pricing, timely order fulfillment, and efficient department operations. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, handle high call volumes, verify pricing, and coordinate with sales to provide great service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recent experience in administration, operations, or logistics.
• Experience in inventory control and procurement planning preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including command of English.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional inventory and logistics and optimize stock levels.
• Manage customer accounts and full order process with pricing checks.
• Handle high volume calls, resolve issues, and update order status.
• Process pricing, billing, and credit requests per contracts.
• Monitor discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate back orders and procurements with logistics.
• Review order confirmations for accurate billing and pricing.
• Support additional logistics tasks to ensure efficient regional operations.
