Doka USA, part of the Umdasch Group, seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to coordinate commercial and operational activities at the Doka Yard. You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, and timely delivery while liaising with Sales, Engineering, and Logistics. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

The role emphasizes process improvement, order accuracy, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced construction materials environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Business or Logistics preferred.
• 2–5 years in administration, operations, or logistics preferred.
• Experience in construction material handling and procurement planning preferred.
• Strong English communication, numeric, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Coordinate branch inventory and logistics for material flow and stock optimization.
• Manage customer accounts and full order process including pricing and inquiries.
• Handle high call volumes and communicate changes impacting orders.
• Process pricing, billing, and ensure invoicing per contracts or PO terms.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound material movements and project-ready materials.
