Qualifications

• Ability to learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and order processes including order entry and inquiries.
• Oversee inventory and logistics ensuring accurate levels are maintained.
• Handle high volumes of calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
