GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lapeer, MI to be the cornerstone of exceptional service for all customer segments. This role supports branch operations and collaborative association staff, delivering reliable, customer-centric service.

Expected schedule is 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday in-office. The position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to local community and farm credit operations.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience.
• Banking experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service as a daily responsibility.
• Handle daily customer interactions, answer calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, and assist mortgage loan processing/documentation.
• Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation and facilitate loan closings to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Perform data entry, loan servicing, maintain branch operations, and manage office supplies.
