Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Charlotte, MI is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our customer base and branch operations. This role emphasizes customer relationships and collaboration with association staff, with a stable 8am-4:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday in-office.

You will engage in daily customer interactions, banking tasks, and administrative support for mortgage loan processes, while contributing to community-focused services and a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service as a daily core activity.
• Handle daily customer interactions, answer calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, and provide admin support to mortgage loan processing and documentation.
• Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation and facilitate loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in data entry, loan servicing, branch operations, and supply ordering tasks.
