GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, MI to deliver exceptional service across all customer segments. The role emphasizes building customer relationships and supporting branch operations.

Hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, in the office, offering a stable work-life balance. The ideal candidate holds an HS diploma with 2+ years in customer service or office work; banking experience is a plus.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
• This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
• From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.
