Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve diverse customer segments and support branch operations in our Charlotte, MI office. You’ll build relationships, handle inquiries, and assist with payments and loan processes to ensure smooth service.

With a consistent 8:00–16:30 schedule Monday–Friday, you’ll join a team that values customer-first service and collaboration. Prior banking or office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service in daily interactions.
• Handle daily customer interactions, answer calls, receipts payments, disburse funds, and assist mortgage loan processing.
• Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation and facilitate loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Data entry, loan servicing, maintain branch operations and supply ordering.
