Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Charlotte, MI seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the cornerstone of our client-focused team. This role supports multiple customer segments and collaborates with association staff to deliver outstanding service and smooth branch operations.

Working hours are 8am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with an emphasis on accurate data entry, payments processing, loan support, and daily office tasks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of daily interactions.
• Daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to mortgage loan processing and loan documentation.
• From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.
