Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services in Gulfport, MS is launching a Trainee Program designed to develop future branch managers. Phase I focuses on learning the basics of consumer finance, branch operations, and sales, with expectations to contribute as a producer on the team.

Participants must relocate within 45 miles as Phase I progresses and be ready for overnight travel. A high school diploma is required, Excel/Word skills are essential, and a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
• No more than 2 years consumer finance industry work experience
• Applicants must be able to relocate within 45 miles and travel overnight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
• Familiar with Windows, web-based apps, and internet protocols

Responsibilities

• Learn consumer finance basics and branch operations
• Generate a requisite number of loans monthly as a contributing team member
• Service an assigned portion of the branch loan portfolio
• Meet state licensing requirements for non-credit products
• Develop business relationships with merchants for financing programs
• Complete independent study for the Manager Training Program
