Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services offers a trainee program aimed at developing future branch managers. Trainees will learn the basics of the consumer finance industry and branch operations, focusing on credit products, collections, and client service.

After Phase I, relocation is required to enter Phase II. The program emphasizes producing loans, managing portions of the loan portfolio, and meeting licensing requirements while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred.
• No more than 2 years consumer finance industry work experience.
• Must relocate within 45 miles or surrounding 4 to 6 branch locations and travel overnight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Office 365.
• Familiar with Windows OS, web-based applications and internet protocol.

Responsibilities

• Phase I learning basics of the consumer finance industry and branch operations.
• Learn fundamentals of credit extension, collections, and account servicing.
• Be a fully contributing producer on the branch team.
• Generate a monthly loan production and service a portion of the portfolio.
• Meet state licensing requirements for non-credit products and develop merchant relationships.
• Complete self-study and be considered for Phase II advancement.
