Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services offers a two-phase trainee program designed to develop future branch managers. Trainees learn consumer finance basics, credit products, and branch operations while contributing to loan production.

Phase I requires relocation after successful completion, with the option to advance to Phase II. The program emphasizes relationship building with merchants and meeting licensing requirements while preparing for leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• No more than 2 years consumer finance industry work experience.
• Ability to relocate within 45 miles or surrounding 4–6 branch locations and travel overnight.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with Windows OS and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basics of the consumer finance industry and branch operations.
• Act as a contributing producer on the branch team by generating loans and servicing a portion of the portfolio.
• Develop business relationships with merchants and set up financing programs with merchants.
• Meet state licensing requirements for non-credit product sales.
• Complete independent study requirements for Manager Training Program.
