Job summary

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat appearance and follow dress code.
• Assign activities to front-end and service desk staff during idle periods.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Monitor customer behavior for security and report concerns.
• Handle cash drawer securely when leaving unattended.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per store policy and local health regulations.
• Perform cashier and bagging tasks; assist service desk as trained.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
