Qualifications

• A two- or four-year college degree in business administration, finance, or management is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with a minimum of three years in a financial institution.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to review policies and improve processes.
• Excellent oral, written, listening, and presentation skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Customer Service Department and assists other staff as necessary.
• Ensures staff compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Plans and facilitates customer service meetings to standardize procedures and training.
• Offers guidance to Universal Bankers regarding more involved products.
• Oversees training of new customer service staff and identifies training needs.
