Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or Accounting and 4–6 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage staff PTO and scheduling.
• Familiarity with deposit products and banking regulations.
• Proficiency with finance systems like PeopleSoft and general ledger concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, and coaches Client Services team.
• Ensures great customer service at all levels.
• Coordinate teams’ tasks and set performance goals.
• Maintain timely reporting and deadlines.
• Educate staff on product knowledge.
• Document department processes and policies.
• Perform account reconciliations and leverage GL knowledge.
• Utilize PeopleSoft for AP and asset management.
• Contribute to Asset Liability Committee.
• Handle Levies, Garnishments and Subpoenas.
• Maintain daily Bank Settlement position and policy compliance.
• Prepare exam and audit information.
• Build reports using BIC.
