Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a welcoming team and deliver exceptional service to clients, guiding daily operations and driving deposit and investment growth. You will foster a culture of hospitality and accountability while protecting the bank’s integrity.

You will coach staff, manage schedules including weekends/evenings, and collaborate with community partners to expand market presence. This role requires leadership experience in retail banking and a commitment to customer-first

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and coaching to empower team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch setting.
Strong decision-making and risk awareness to protect customers and the bank.
Proven ability to influence and educate clients and colleagues on banking solutions.
Experience with supervising branches or retail banking leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the branch team with a clear vision and uphold Chase’s Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence values.
Drive growth of deposits and investments using Branch Scorecard insights.
Prioritize client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
Coach and develop staff to achieve high performance and engagement.
Foster ongoing learning and development within the team and encourage community involvement.
Build relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence.
Maintain a strong risk and control environment by following policies and procedures.
