Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead in Las Vegas to serve as the on-duty leader when senior managers are absent. You will oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure adherence to policies while coaching teammates and maintaining a safe, clean site.

This developmental role prepares you for a future Team Leader position, with opportunities to advance as the business grows and sales skills strengthen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Greet customers and promote membership sales using scripts.
• Guide vehicles into the wash and explain the process to customers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior experience.
• Address customer issues; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Assist with coaching the team to meet safety and sales standards.
