GO Car Wash is growing and seeks a Site General Manager in Las Vegas. You will own your car wash, with support from regional and central teams, and will manage facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service and safety to deliver a superior customer experience.

You’ll hire, train and develop a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and uphold our standards and values while providing outstanding outdoor work experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 2 years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required

Responsabilités

• Own and manage your car wash site, with regional and central support.
• Manage and continuously improve facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service and safety.
• Hire, train, coach, manage and develop a team in line with our standards and values.
