Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring a Customer Service Lead to manage daily operations and act as the on-duty leader when higher management is absent. You will oversee opening/closing, drive membership sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience at the site.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and sales skills, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to develop into a Team Leader role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Lead by example to greet customers and drive membership sales.
• Guide vehicles into the car wash and explain the wash process to customers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Assist with team coaching to ensure safety and adherence to scripts.
