Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash per SOPs.
• Lead by example; greet customers and drive membership sales.
• Guide vehicles into the car wash and explain the process.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Coach teammates and ensure safety and adherence to sales scripts.
