Job summary

FSS Technologies is seeking an inside sales support professional to act as the frontline contact for customers. You will drive inside sales efforts, set appointments for the outside sales team, and maintain accurate CRM notes.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to diagnose needs quickly, and a calm, empathetic approach with customers. A 2+ year background in customer service is preferred; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Fieldhub (or similar CRM system).
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to stay calm under pressure, even with difficult customers.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work with integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally using a headset.
• Diagnose customer needs in under one minute and determine next steps.
• Enter detailed call notes into Fieldhub and CRM systems.
• Ensure complete understanding of the issue before taking action.
• Stay calm and helpful even with difficult callers.
• Handle customer interactions with integrity and empathy.
