Qualifications

One year of call and customer service experience.
Must interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
Attention to detail is required.
Must possess flexibility toward work assignments and be a great teammate.
Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and communicate effectively in writing.
Possess motivation and initiative to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with staff, faculty, staff, and students.
Receive service requests via phone calls, emails, and online submittals.
Dispatch technician to respond to service calls.
Create, enter data, and close work orders.
Work with supervisors to maintain an accurate work order backlog.
Provide information to personnel in times of crisis.
Work closely with the SRC supervisor to develop programs to facilitate communication.
