Job summary

BottleDrop Redemption Center in Bend, OR is hiring a Supervisor to deliver superior customer service and support the on-site management. You will act as Person-in-Charge when the Supervisor is away, oversee team members, handle cash, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and ability to operate standard front-of-house equipment. OSHA safety standards apply, and flexibility is needed for shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience in retail with cash handling experience.
• Familiarity with OBRC Employee Handbook and BottleDrop Policy and Procedures.
• Ability to communicate professionally with team, management, customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service at BottleDrop Redemption Center in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support the Supervisor and management to ensure a safe, positive work environment.
• Cash handling and daily transaction accuracy.
• Act as Person-in-Charge when Supervisor is not on site.
• Train and oversee BottleDrop Team Members; assist with equipment operation and maintenance.
