Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to BottleDrop customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support Supervisor and management to maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Handle cash and assist in daily reconciliation.
• Operate and troubleshoot front-of-house equipment; escalate IT issues as needed.
• Act as Person-in-Charge when Supervisor is off site.
