Job summary

Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative seeks a BottleDrop Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a BottleDrop Redemption Center. You will supervise a team to meet business and safety demands, handle customer service tasks, manage cash, and maintain equipment and facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to diffuse and resolve customer complaints
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; communicate professionally at all levels

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at BottleDrop Redemption Center
• Supervise team members to complete daily work assignments and follow company policies
• Lead team members in providing a positive and safe environment for all associates
• Adhere to OSHA Safety Standards and OBRC policies
• Open and/or close the BottleDrop Redemption Center
• Assist with the hiring process by facilitating tours, interviews, onboarding and training
• Write and distribute team schedule
• Educate customers on Oregon’s Bottle Bill and BottleDrop system
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment including RVMs, pay stations, kiosks and printers
• Ensure accuracy of cash handling and reconciliation
• Approve timecards within electronic timekeeping system
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing material and trailers
• Maintain supply inventory and submit monthly supply orders
• Communicate with other departments within OBRC as needed
• Other duties as assigned
