Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a retail or production environment.
• BottleDrop experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned BottleDrop Redemption Center.
• Supervise team members to complete daily work, maintain standards, and follow policies.
• Lead a safe environment for all associates and ensure OSHA and OBRC compliance.
• Open and/or close the BottleDrop Redemption Center.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
• Educate customers about Oregon’s Bottle Bill and BottleDrop system.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment (RVMs, pay stations, printers) and coordinate materials.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and reconcile daily cash.
