Job summary

Responsibilities

• Model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Promote sales and service culture within the banking center and coach CSR staff.
• Assist in and complete Operations reports as assigned by Banking Center Management.
• Develop knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
• Perform CSR duties with accuracy and efficiency as outlined in CSR description.
• Maintain cash levels through ordering and shipping of money.
• Serve as main contact for customer issues and escalations for CSR.
