The role ensures staff training and development to provide excellent customer service while supporting district goals. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coaching staff, promoting a sales culture, handling audits and reports, and cross-selling bank products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Assess the financial needs of Banking Center clients and make appropriate recommendations.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
• Supervise day-to-day sales, service and operations of the banking center.
• Schedule staff and conduct regular sales and operational meetings.
