Job summary

Floor & Decor in Monona, WI is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates, overseeing cashiering, returns, cash office, and inventory while delivering exceptional shopping experiences. You will drive adherence to SOPs, supervise inventory movement, assist customers, and coordinate with management on pricing, SKU updates, and e-commerce support.

This role requires supervisory experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (1) year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum of (2) years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance of all customer service-related SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out)
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions
