Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will listen, resolve needs, and deliver friendly, professional service throughout your workday.

You may work across departments, stock merchandise, process orders, and support a positive shopping experience. Bilingual skills and prior retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise for customers' needs.
