Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met, with opportunities to cross-train in different departments.

The role supports a team-focused environment offering flexible schedules and benefits. Prior retail experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
