Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet shoppers, answer questions, and help customers find the right home improvement products. You may work in various departments and support merchandise presentation and checkout with friendly, efficient service.

This role emphasizes assisting customers, learning store layouts, and offering flexible scheduling while delivering strong product knowledge and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
