Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Liberty, MO. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services, and ensure needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

In this role you’ll listen to customers, answer questions, organize merchandise, and adapt tasks by department. Prior retail or customer service helps, with bilingual skills valued and opportunities to grow within the store.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation
• 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
• Bi-lingual skills
• Certification in trade related to department is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock by identifying empty shelf areas
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
