Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Carthage, MO to greet customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly, professional service throughout the store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access or output tasks.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform related duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train across store departments to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
