Job summary

Lowe's in Missouri is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and resolve questions throughout the shopping experience.

You will work across departments as needed, help locate items, and ensure orders and merchandise are processed accurately and promptly. The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed.
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual abilities are preferred.
• Certification in department trade areas (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
