Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or retail software.
• 6 months experience with smartphones/tablets or retail tech.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unaided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
