Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Missouri to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure needs are met across departments. The role may involve some merchandising and light lifting in a fast-paced store environment.

Part-time position with opportunities for growth and access to Lowe’s benefits; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation
• Bi-lingual skills and trade certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
