Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Missouri. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll also stock shelves, process orders, and may rotate duties across departments to deliver excellent service.

In this role you’ll work part-time with flexible scheduling and benefit opportunities. The team emphasizes customer care and proactive problem solving to meet home improvement needs.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe work)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
